[Maine-birds] ACCESS IS RESTRICTED at wastewater treatment plants in NH

It has come to my attention, once again, that birders have been driving
inside and onto the dikes at a wastewater treatment plant in NH.

3 different individuals/groups have been told not to drive on the dikes
at the Exeter WTP recently.  In the past, birders have also been warned
not to drive inside the Rochester WTP.

We are very fortunate to have the ability to bird in these areas. We are
close to being forever banned from birding at these location!!!

YOU MUST FOLLOW THE RULES TO BIRD AT THESE LOCATIONS!  IF YOU DON'T KNOW
THEM, THEN DON'T VISIT!!!!  Please spread this message.
