Still present at 3:15PM - I parked at the Kayak Launch parking lot and walked along the river trail. Found a flock of about 12 near the back up high. On my way back out I ran into another flock of around the same size, not sure if it was the same ones or not (I was walking too hastily due to the cold to notice). Thanks for the heads up Ian.
