[Maine-birds] Gardiner Pine Grosbeaks, Bohemians

Jeff and I are currently observing a flock of 15 or so Pine Grosbeaks in the parking lot of a tire and auto shop in Randolph, across from the corner of Water and Belmont St. feeding on ash seeds.

If you go, say hi to the owner, who likes the idea that he's hosting the birds and loves the eagles that hang out along the river.

Also heard Red-bellied Woodpecker here, and saw about 10 Cedar Waxwings.

Saw about 50 Bohemian Waxwings earlier in Gardiner at the corner of West Hill Road and Rt 126. Also 4 Eastern Bluebirds along the stream nearby.
